Once you have had the opportunity to study our portfolio, you and/or your design professional can make an appointment to visit our shop and studio. We'll give you a list of information you'll want to bring with you to make the best use of your appointment time.

When you visit, you will tour our extensive grounds to view sited work. You will visit our shop to preview works in progress and experience our wide variety of materials and finishes available.

We'll sit down together in our design studio to review your project needs and discuss budget & schedule.  To maximize your visit, bring plans and designs, along with photographs of your site.  It is helpful to bring anything that will tell us more about your personal style and your particular project.  The more we know about you, the better we can design for you.

We will establish a design fee based on the scope of your project.  One half of the design fee will be due at this time, with the balance due at presentation of drawings.

Upon design approval, a contract will be drafted with a firm price and completion dates.  We will discuss your transportation and installation needs.  A deposit of half of the total contract price will be due with your signature.

We will keep you up to date on the progress of your project and let you know when it's completed.   :L:M:N:O: Arts is noted for excellent craftsmanship and attention to detail and schedule.
